What this site collects, and what it does not.
Short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and has no database. Nothing you type into the inquiry form is sent to us by the website itself. The detail is below.

The inquiry form does not submit to us
The form on our home page is not connected to a server. When you press Send Inquiry, your own device opens your own email program with a message already written, addressed to [email protected]. Nothing is transmitted until you press send in your email program, and you can read or change the message first.
This means the name, email, phone number and message you type are never stored on this website, and there is no form database that could be breached. Once you send that email, we hold it the same way we hold any other email from a client.
What we keep when you contact us
If you email, call or text us, we keep what you send: your name, your contact details, your property details and whatever you tell us. We use it to answer you and, if you become a client, to care for your home. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing.
We share property details with a vendor (a plumber, an electrician, a cleaner) only when arranging work you have asked for, and only what that vendor needs to do the job.
Cookies: none
This site sets no cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. Verified 15 August 2026 by loading the site in a fresh browser profile and inspecting cookie storage; the result was empty.
Visitor measurement
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages people read. It is the privacy-preserving option: it sets no cookie, does not fingerprint your device, and does not follow you to other websites. We see totals and trends, not individuals.
Our host sees standard connection records
This site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like every web host, it records the technical details of each request, including the visiting IP address, in order to serve pages and block attacks. We do not use those records to identify visitors. Cloudflare's own privacy notice is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Nothing is loaded from anyone else
Every image, stylesheet and font on this page is served from mgbend.com. We deliberately stopped loading fonts from Google on 15 August 2026 so that visiting this site does not report your visit to a third party. The only outside company involved in a normal visit is Cloudflare, which hosts the site and provides the analytics described above.
Our pages link out to Instagram, Facebook and Bend Magazine. Following one of those links takes you to a company with its own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Children
This site is for homeowners arranging property care. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it and we will. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where we need to keep a record for tax, insurance or an active service agreement. Write to [email protected] and say what you want done.
Oregon residents, and residents of states with comparable privacy laws, have these rights by statute. We extend them to everyone who asks, because keeping two standards would be more work than doing it properly once.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not quietly revise it.
